Important informations:
- Please be sure to speak with your insurance company before making an appointment if and how much they will be paying.
- If you are a self-pay patient, here are my prices
- You will get a confirmation after booking. If you do not get it, something went wrong.

Phone appointments: I will be calling you on your phone as soon as I am ready.
- Zoom calls: I will send you the invitationlink in advance.
- Cancellation fees: you can cancel for free up to 24h before the appointment. After that I will be charging you 50% of the cost.

- Please inform me in advance if you have been in a high risk area.

First time appointment needs to be in person, follow-ups we can do online, per phone or Zoom.
